This is Romy’s central line, or Wiggly, as she and other children refer to it. The dressing on Romy’s central line needs to be changed every 7 days. This definitely isn’t something that Romy looks forward to! But at least once done she knows that it’ll be left alone for a whole week. The central line is yet another aspect of cancer care that has become surprisingly normal for us and Romy.
