We had to travel to Royal South Hants Hospital in a taxi for a hearing test to use as a baseline to monitor any effects the chemotherapy has on Romy’s hearing. Then back on Piam Brown ward Romy was sedated before her first Nasal-gastric feeding tube was inserted down her nose to her stomach.
