Romy is receiving her current courses of Chemo as a day patient. This means that we spend a few hours on the ward in the playroom whilst the Chemo is being administered. Once all done Romy is able to go back to the flat. It’s a big difference to Romy’s first Chemo treatment where she remained as an inpatient for months on end.
