We managed to secure some last minute tickets to the Lion King show while it is in Southampton at the Mayflower Theatre, courtesy of a local charity called Abby’s Heroes. Romy’s friend Alice and her Mum and Dad had also got tickets through Abby’s Heroes and were sitting right behind us during the show. Romy loved the show, she did however have a bit of a fright from the people dressed as hyenas running down the aisles, actually even I did. It was a great day out and somehow Romy even had energy to stay up that evening to watch her new favourite show, Strictly Come Dancing!
